2. Object of the processing.
The Data Controller will process the personal data transmitted by the customer while browsing the Site (name, surname, email, telephone number, credit card number) solely for the purposes indicated in this information.
Upon the customer’s arrival at the facility, the details of an identification document will also be requested in order to comply with the legal obligations imposed on accommodation facilities.
If an invoice is issued, the customer will also be asked for his residence address and tax code as required by Presidential Decree 633/72.
3. Purpose of the processing.
The management and storage of personal data will take place on the servers of the Data Controller and/or third-party companies in charge, located within the EU and no transfer of the same will take place outside the territory of the European Union.
The Data Controller will retain the personal data provided (name, surname, email, telephone number, credit card number, identity document details) for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described above; the data will therefore be deleted seven days after the end of the stay in order to give the Owner time to verify that the property has been returned in good condition. Only the tax data (name, surname, residential address and tax code), in the event of an invoice being issued, will be kept for 10 years as required by law.
As an interested party, the customer has the following rights:
a) the right to ask the Data Controller for access to personal data and, if existing, the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns him or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
b) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The customer may exercise the aforementioned rights by sending an email to the Data Controller at the address referred to in the previous art. 1).
The communication of data for the purposes indicated above is necessary and mandatory. In their absence, in fact, it will not be possible to provide the customer with the services described in the art. 3).
